José Enrique Domínguez Vidal received his PhD in Automatic Control, Robotics and Vision from Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), Spain, in 2025 working at the Institut de Robòtica i Informàtica Industrial (IRI-CSIC) with a thesis entitled “Understanding Human Intention for Human-Robot Interaction”. He previously received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering in 2016 and 2018 respectively, both from the University of Vigo, Galicia, Spain.
He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Italian Institute of Technology, working at the intersection of engineering and psychology.
