About
Soheil Gholami was born on 19 July 1990 in Tehran, Iran. He obtained both his Bachelor of Science (2013) and Master of Science (2016) in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Control Engineering. Since February 2019, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Bioengineering at Politecnico di Milano in the Neuroengineering and Medical Robotics Laboratory (NearLab), working in collaboration with Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) at the Human-Robot Interfaces and Physical Interaction (HRI2) laboratory, under the supervision of Dr. Elena De Momi and Dr. Arash Ajoudani. His research is mainly focused on the development and implementation of advanced techniques and interfaces for dynamic human-robot interaction and collaboration.
